There are no age restrictions to the event.
Admittance is free for children under 6 years old; children must be accompanied by a valid ticket holder, aged 18 or over, at all times. A child welfare tent will be situated in the arena adjacent to the food village.
Under 16’s must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by a ticket holder over 18. ( No unaccompanied under 16’s are allowed on site)
There is no food or drink permitted to be brought on site. Bags will be searched at the entrance. There are plenty of licensed bars and food stalls in the festival.

Yes, we have basic camping facilities within the grounds of the festival. For ‘glamping’; Lady Heyes Holiday park is located near to the festival site. Lady Heyes must be booked in advance; for further details please visit http://www.ladyheyespark.com/
Strictly no BBQs on the festival site. However, we will have a wide range of food stalls serving food throughout the festival
-Goods for unauthorised trading
-Illegal substances, legal highs or herbal highs
-Portable laser equipment and pens
We will have a bus service that will transport you to and from the fantastic little town of Frodsham.
The bus will stop outside KASH 22. Please look at Facebook “on the hill” for bus updates.

Tickets are not transferable and only valid when purchased from official agents of On the Hill.
Lost & Stolen tickets will not be replaced – this also applies to tickets which have been left at home, lost or miss-delivered by Royal Mail, or lost at any point prior to being exchanged for a wristband, including in the queue lanes, either before or after the ticket scan point.
Refunds are only considered on major cancellation, substantial alteration or by special exception determined by ‘On the hill’.
