What are the festival opening/closing times?
The times for the festival are:
Gates open 15:00
Music 18:00 – 23:00
Gates open 12:00
Music 12:00 – 23:00
Can Children Attend the festival?
There are no age restrictions to the event.
Admittance is free for children under 6 years old; children must be accompanied by a valid ticket holder, aged 18 or over, at all times. A child welfare tent will be situated in the arena adjacent to the food village.
Under 16’s must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by a ticket holder over 18. ( No unaccompanied under 16’s are allowed on site)
Are we allowed to bring food/drink into the festival?
There is no food or drink permitted to be brought on site. Bags will be searched at the entrance. There are plenty of licensed bars and food stalls in the festival.

Are there any ID requirements?
You will require a form (Passport/Driving Licence) ID to purchase alcohol if you are lucky enough to look under 25. No drinks will be served in glass …only plastic.
Can I camp at the festival?
Yes, we have basic camping facilities within the grounds of the festival. For ‘glamping’; Lady Heyes Holiday park is located near to the festival site. Lady Heyes must be booked in advance; for further details please visit http://www.ladyheyespark.com/
Can I bring a BBQ?
Strictly no BBQs on the festival site. However, we will have a wide range of food stalls serving food throughout the festival
What is not allowed onto the festival site?
-Gas bottles, canisters or similar-Animals
-Goods for unauthorised trading
-Illegal substances, legal highs or herbal highs
-Portable laser equipment and pens A drugs amnesty bin will be situated at the entrance to the site. The bin will be at the entrance to the site and SIA registered security staff will be actioned to search bags upon arrival.
Can two different people use one weekend ticket?
No. This is at a discounted price for those wanting to come along to both days. You will get a weekend wristband on the Friday that you will need to keep on your wrist to access the event the following day. Damaged, ripped or torn wristbands are void.

Tickets are not transferable and only valid when purchased from official agents of On the Hill.
Lost & Stolen tickets will not be replaced – this also applies to tickets which have been left at home, lost or miss-delivered by Royal Mail, or lost at any point prior to being exchanged for a wristband, including in the queue lanes, either before or after the ticket scan point.
Refunds are only considered on major cancellation, substantial alteration or by special exception determined by ‘On the hill’.
